Company Incorporation
Stakeholders can avail of 5 different services – Name Reservation, Allotment of Director Identification number (DIN), Incorporation of New Company, Allotment of PAN and Allotment of TAN) in one form by applying for Incorporation of a new company through SPICe form (INC-32).

- One Person Company – Ideal for solo entrepreneurs seeking limited liability and full control.
Required Documents for Registration of Private Limited Company
- PAN
- Govt ID proof – Voters’ ID or passport or driver’s license.
- Bank statement
- Passport-size photograph
- Utility bills either mobile or gas or electricity
- Specimen signature – Director’s signature on a blank document.
After obtaining Registrar’s approval for the company’s name, the promoters should prepare the following documents, in the prescribed manner and form
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Prospectus Statement in lieu of prospectus is not requires in case of a private company
- Copy of import agreements.
- Statutory declaration in Form I
- Copy of Letter of Register indicating approval of name.
- Power of Attorney.
- Notice of situation of registered office (in Form 18) and particulars of Directors (in Form 32).
Documents Required for Incorporating a Public Limited Company
- Proof of identity of all the shareholders and directors.
- Proof of address of all the directors and the shareholders.
- PAN number of all the shareholders and directors.
- Utility bill of the proposed office i.e. proposed registered office for the company.
- A NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the landlord where the office of the company will be situated.
- Director Identification Number (DIN) of all the directors.
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the directors.
- Memorandum of Association (MOA).
- Articles of Association (AOA).

- Identity Proof

2) Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter Identity Card

1) Telephone Bill / Mobile Bill
2) Electricity Bill / Water Bill
3) Bank Statement /Bank Passbook with latest transactions - Passport-size Photographs
